Cardi B blast Donald Trump and Show her interest in Filing for Nigeria Citizenship

American rapper and songwriter, Cardi B, has expressed dissatisfaction with the killing of a top Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani, by the United States government. The songwriter made this known in a tweet, where she criticised the US government. She also revealed her plans to apply for Nigerian citizenship. It will be recalled that Soleimani was on Friday morning killed in an air attack in Baghdad The US government had claimed responsibility for the attack, saying that Soleimani was ‘terminated’ because he was on the verge of attacking its diplomats. However, Iran vowed to launch a “harsh revenge” over Soleimani’s ‘termination’. Also, hundreds of Iranians have taken to the streets to protest the top general’s death. UNIBEN to join to enroll for IPPIS

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), University of Bénin chapter has vowed that its members would not be intimidated to enrolled in the integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) as directed by the Federal Government of Nigeria. It said no amount of threat or blackmail would made it shift ground. A press statement signed by UNIBEN-ASUU Chairman, Dr. Joy Omoregie and Secretary, Fabian Amaechina said it was appalled at the forcibly implemention of IPPIS in Nigeria federal universities. Dr. Omoregie said it aligned itself with the NEC declaration to call out its members on a nationwide strike if any member of the union is victimised for refusal to enrol into the IPPIS platform.
